The city is all set to become the first city in India to have a traffic robot on its streets!

The cop was carrying out a routine check for vehicles and licenses when she saw an auto driver trying to escape by driving towards Infinity Mall.

When several attempts to open the car door failed, the traffic cop broke the glass window adjacent to the driver’s seat. Without caring for any damage or injury it could have caused him, he managed to open the door.

A retired army man and Nalasopara resident, Ramdayal Yadav may not be an appointed traffic police personnel, but he stands dedicatedly outside the Tulinj police station for over four hours every day and helps the traffic police regardless.

The incident happened last Wednesday late at night in Bengaluru, where his daughter was left stranded due to heavy rain.

Commuters in Hyderabad need not worry about emergency petrol and difficult-to-find petrol pumps any more. If they get stuck with an empty tank, and there is no time to get delayed because of the shortage, they just have to look around for a traffic cop named Merajuddin Syed. This is how he helps like no one else.
