It took him two years to make his first machine - a weeder, despite several failures, taunts from friends and doubt from his family.

“As a child, I saw more violence than love. I saw my father get drunk and beat my mother ruthlessly. I grew up believing that being aggressive and violent were normal characteristics,” informs Khushboo in a conversation with The Better India.

"Why should the bad days pull you down? There’s no shame in struggling till you achieve your goal. In any case, I am a son of a labourer and I have learnt from them to work hard towards my goals," says Ramjal Meena, who has been studying while working nightshifts as a guard.
