Development Alternatives is reshaping rural India by turning job seekers into job creators. It has enabled 26,000+ enterprises, powering local economies through inclusive entrepreneurship.

Conceptualised and created by Godrej Creative Lab and the Corporate Brand & Communications Team at Godrej Industries Group, this campaign brings to life stories of women from different backgrounds – from a young woman embracing independence in Mumbai to a homemaker building a nurturing home, from a woman reclaiming her identity to a trans woman asserting her place in society.

Launched in collaboration with The Keshav Suri Foundation and Radhika Piramla, India’s first LGBTQIA+ dedicated fund will support grassroots organisations. It provides much-needed financial support while also standing as a symbol of solidarity, hope, and the fight for a more inclusive and equal future.
