Anitha N runs Siddi Kavandi, a venture that works with a handful of Siddi women in Karnataka’s villages to make their traditional quilts, helping them find a source of livelihood and putting their hard work on the world map.

When Nitish M Chiniwar found his career in Motorsports Engineering unexpectedly blocked, he thought about the millions who are denied opportunities. So, he founded Bridges of Sports (BoS), a not-for-profit organisation helping neglected tribal communities.
