Babulal has also grown 100 more varieties of pulses, grains and vegetables.

High temperatures like Vidarbha’s is also a boon for this tree as higher the temperature, the sweeter the fruit becomes.

The method is based on Japanese research farmer Masanobu Fukuoka's book One Straw Revolution.

She created a self-sustaining model in her own farm, where all basic requirements of life were met by products from the farm.
