Two decades ago, Rajiv Khandelwal and Krishnavatar Sharma started Aajeevika Bureau to make India’s invisible workers seen. Today, their effort has helped 12 lakh migrant workers reclaim Rs 120 crore in wages — and something even bigger: their dignity.
