Wooden Bicycle

A carpenter in Punjab’s Zirakpur, Dhani Ram Saggu crafted an eco-friendly bicycle from wood to beat lockdown blues. Little did he know that it would go viral, and more importantly, get him orders from as far as Canada.

An interior designer by profession, Murugesan had initially tried looking up a frame for his damaged cycle but couldn’t find one, which eventually led to making the wooden cycle.
