Once dismissed as street entertainment, magic just had a breakthrough moment. Suhani Shah’s journey from a 7-year-old school dropout to a world champion is as inspiring as it gets.

The doors of comedy opened to her when she attended a show in India by Colin Mochrie and Brad Sherwood of the Whose Line Is It Anyway? fame.

"Whether it is the middle of the night or an insufferably hot afternoon, I never refuse a ride to a woman. Even after my 8-9 hour shift has ended," says the 48-year-old Raji who has been driving an auto for 20 years now!

The eight kg dhol that Jahan picked up at the tender age of 12 has become a part of her identity. Now at 21, the young woman, pursuing Law from the Panjab University, has given hundreds of live performances across India and abroad.
