Chitlapakkam Rising, founded by Sunil Jayaram, Udaya Utthandi and Ezhildasan, is a volunteering group based out of Chennai, has been working relentlessly to find solutions to basic civic issues in their neighbourhood from waste disposal to bigger movements like reviving a lake.
