According to a passenger who relayed the story on social media, a TTE during a recent train journey went beyond his job description to help a family that had booked the wrong tickets.

In yet another laudable incident of Indian Railways’ authorities taking quick action based on complaints received on Twitter, a TTE who was taking bribes from passengers in return for seats was suspended.
