Traffic Woes

Om Shelat, Ira Sidhu, Soumya Juneja and Shreya Raju, built an intelligent traffic light that reacts to real-time traffic density using image processing and has the potential of reducing fleet time.

This will be done to collect the opinion and suggestions from the citizens and stakeholders in the development of the city, to work out an appropriate traffic diversion plan.

The Indian Railways has a fantastic solution to Bengaluru's traffic congestion.

Starting from Baiyappanahalli at 8:25am, the train will reach Whitefield by 8:50am with halts at K.R. Puram and Hoodi. Similarly, people can take the return journey from Whitefield at 6:15pm.
