About a month ago, in what can only be described as a liberating order, the Apex Court de-fanged the British era Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code, which deemed that gay sex is a punishable offence. With the passing of the order, people from the LGBTQ+ community in India are now under no legal threat.
The bride was clear on wanting to have twins and thus asked everyone to wait patiently for it. Imagine her happiness when her doctor told her that her wish was going to come true!
The Supreme Court is expected to base its decision on Constitutional values like the right to autonomy, the dignity of persons and non-interference by State in private matters.
