From his very first posting, Sanjiv Chaturvedi ended up locking horns with bigwigs - when he exposed corrupt and illegal activities under his jurisdiction.
Ramon Magsaysay award winner, bureaucrat Sanjiv Chaturvedi, has donated the entire award money of around Rs. 14 lakh, to AIIMS for the treatment of poor patients, especially those suffering from cancer. Kudos to this selfless officer.
Anshu Gupta and Sanjiv Chaturvedi are among the five Asians who received the prestigious Ramon Magsaysay award this year for their incredible work. The award is regarded as Asia’s highest honour and is even called region's equivalent of the Nobel Prize.
