A project under which cashless treatment will be given to road accident victims, will be launched very soon in India. As announced Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his Mann Ki Baat programme, the victims will not have to worry about the cost of treatment for the first 50 hours, once the project is implemented.
The Government, on instructions from the Supreme Court, has printed out guidelines for the protection of good samaritans in road accidents in the Gazette of India.
