This website will allow Railway employees at all levels to report any safety lapses they encounter to top officials, including the Railway Board Chairman, in the day-to-day running of the organisation, without risking their identity or job security.

Ushering in 2018, the Railway Women Welfare Association of Bhopal installed the machine and christened it ‘Happy Nari.’

Under the move, all railway staff colonies, stations and platforms will be lit using power saving LED lights.

After a spate of fatal incidences Piyush Goyal, railway minister, has orders for 3600 km of tracks to be renewed - an 80 percent jump. Earlier, 2000 km of rails were renewed annually.

The rationale behind the move is the unavailability of direct flights between the two cities. Also, a flight with a stopover may take over four hours.
