ISRO is offering a free online certificate course on Geo-processing using Python to students and professionals through its centre IIRS.

IIT Roorkee is offering the online course on the foundations of Python scripting. There are 60 vacancies and applications will be accepted on a first come first serve basis.

The Bengaluru-based startup launched the free courses last month. Designed by industry experts and mentors, they will give you skills needed to get into companies.

“People who kill them have no idea about the importance of snakes in our ecosystem. Snakes tend to get defensive and react aggressively. Perhaps the seeds of wanting to do something for snakes were sown when, as a young girl, I saw people kill snakes. It left a profound impact on my mind.”
