The torture began right from the day she filed the FIR. The principal had filed a police complaint under the POCSO Act. Little did she know that the repercussions of it would be her sacking.
This proposed move, which is yet to get approval from the centre, recommends that any person who was sexually assaulted as a child, be allowed to report the incident until they turn 25 years of age.

An e-box launched for the safety and anonymity of children, has been launched as a part of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act of 2012, or POCSO.
