PCR van

The Haryana IAS officer has announced on social media that they will not back out irrespective of hardships or pressure.

A 35-year-old woman in Delhi went into labour on a railway station and had to be rushed to the hospital in a PCR van. As it was already very late, two constables and an ASI, who were the PCR staff members, helped her deliver on the way. She and her twin daughters are now stable and healthy.
