Nashik-based Tanvi Deore (33) rekindled her passion for swimming after an 18-year hiatus to fulfil her childhood dream of swimming the English Channel. Despite facing physical, mental, and logistical challenges, here’s how she successfully completed the 33-kilometre swim.
Bharat Sachdeva and Shaaswat Sharma swam non-stop across the challenging 32 km stretch near the Ram Setu in 10 hours 30 minutes. Their aim? To promote adventure sports and open swimming in India.
