Neenu Rathin was a homemaker searching for a deeper purpose in life. Only when she started volunteering did she discover her passion for social work. But, finding credible sources was easier said than done. So she went out to find a solution.

After her retirement as an anesthesiologist, Dr Maya Tandon dedicated her time to saving lives on the road. Through her NGO Sahayta Trust, she has trained around 1 lakh individuals in road safety, CPR, accident response, and emergency protocols.

As a child, Harishchandra Sude lost vision in one eye and encountered prejudice. Despite this, he dedicated himself to creating change, establishing Grameen Shramik Pratishthan in Maharashtra, which provides skill-based training to individuals with visual impairment and disabilities.
