Dipika was just another commuters in the local trains of Mumbai, when the train stopped at Churchgate, an old lady in worn out clothes and looking a bit unkempt boarded the train.

Spearheaded by Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu, Central Railway is modifying the layout of Mumbai's local trains to accommodate more passengers. This is but one necessary step to deal with the massive overcrowding, and resultant passenger deaths, on the Mumbai suburban railway network.
