On February 14, while love was in the air, and people were celebrating their togetherness, a ghastly attack was laid on the troops of the Central Reserve Police Force in Pulwama by a Jaish-e-Mohammad militant. It resulted in the loss of 44 martyrs and the wounding of 20 others.
