Two decades after moving away from home, Shaloo Jeswani, an NRI based in the US, has been helping families in India not just financially but also by being a mentor to them.

LedBy, India's first and only incubator for Indian Muslim Women, helps them by providing leadership workshops, 360 degree advisory framework, and executive coaching.

“It was very early on in life that I developed an interest in swimming. I remember there were so many villagers who would ask me how and why I am swimming but it was something that I enjoyed doing and therefore continued with it,” he recollects.

Mentoring children from underprivileged communities to help them explore the world – one small dream at a time.
