Since its inception in 2015, Deep Bajaj of Sirona Hygiene has developed products like PeeBuddy, herbal period pain relief patches, menstrual cups and anti-chafing rash cream, among other intimate female hygiene products.
Archit Rahul Patil, a Class 10 student from Maharashtra, has designed and developed a postpartum haemorrhage (PPH) cup, which is helping doctors in places like Jalgaon, Akola, Sevagram and Aurangabad prevent maternal deaths.
"As he is growing, he is the one to point out to me about wasteful use of plastic. It is important that children are exposed to our lovely planet and why it is important to protect it.”
