India will now be able to capture high resolution three dimensional images of the sun with the help of its largest multi-application solar telescope which has been installed in the Udaipur Solar Observatory.
MAST, a telescope for the detailed study of the Solar activity is finally operational in Udaipur after a year long tests. Udaipur Solar Observatory is located on an island in the middle of Lake Fatehsagar of Udaipur.
