Building a culture is a slow process since it a human-centered interaction; so, to think that everybody will get it just because the process has been clearly defined as a written policy is an ambitious prospect.

My starting point was to ensure that everyone in my mini-ecosystem had a sense of genuine respect for each other.

These kids from a remote tribal village in Odisha came together to solve a problem for their community. Their work was recognised at the 'I CAN Awards 2017'.

Kids today spend more time with their gadgets than out playing with their friends. aProCh is an initiative that began at the Riverside School in Ahmedabad with the aim to make our cities safe, playful and fun-filled for our kids.
