Savithri Rao started learning Yakshagana, a traditional theatre form, at the age of 66. In May 2018, Savithri took the stage for her 100th Yakshagana performance as Duryodhana in the mythological story ‘Narakasura Vadhe.’ To date, she has over 110 performances to her credit.
The biggest beneficiaries of demonetisation perhaps have been mobile wallet companies. With India currently having a smart phone user base of over 300 million and increasingly cheaper data plans – mobile wallets are doing very well.
