As the year comes to an end, we take this opportunity to shed light on some of these young champs, whose selfless actions and visionary initiatives made the country take notice.

Pame was appointed as an Election Observer in the Lunglei district of Mizoram. Here, he met Lalrindika, a young boy born with a cleft palate. Lalrindika hails from the remote village of Zehtat, and his family is not very well off.

"The experience was most traumatic, as I had lost a wallet with all my cash and cards in it. I began walking to where I was supposed to stay, which was 12km away... Finally, over an hour later, around 11.15 pm, Uber Eats delivery partner Dnyaneshwar Bombade came to my rescue."
