Col Prithipal Singh, legendary World War 2 veteran and India's only officer to serve in the Indian army, Navy, and IAF, has passed away at the age of 100.
CV Prakash, a pioneer of hydroponic farming in India who taught over 12,000 growers, has found a way to help Indian farmers grow world-class turmeric and make a splash in the international market with his Mission Turmeric 2021.
The national carrier Air India has been given permission to conduct this operation to bring back Indian citizens from other countries and the passengers will be charged for the ticket prices.
“In the ongoing pandemic, ventilator support will be required for about 5-8% of patients whereas a large number would require oxygen support. A need was therefore felt to design a suitable portable arrangement."
