Hyderabad-based ‘Greens and More’, a healthy one-stop shop destination provides a meal tailored to your body needs at an affordable rate.

His channel with more than 220 videos—from the iconic Nizami biryani to a non-oven recipe of black forest cake, and thick shakes made from dragon fruit, figs, custard apple and a host of other tropical fruits—has garnered over 7,00,000 subscribers from across the world.

As of March 2019, Paradise Biryani has 36 branches across the country which employ more than 3,500 people, generating a turnover of around Rs 360 crore. It is a prominent landmark in the twin cities, and a visit is incomplete without a pit stop at the heritage restaurant.

"I believe that a few gestures of kindness and compassion always go a long way in helping people,” says 45-year-old Shaik Saleem.

Competitions are fierce when it comes to securing admissions in the top colleges, both in India and abroad, and summer programmes and internships can tip the scales in favour of some students.

“In 1976, I started sweeping and cleaning the floor at Niloufer Cafe. It was only a matter of time until I steadily climbed up the ladder. I was promoted to the position of a waiter, and soon moved into the kitchen where I made the cafe’s extra special Irani tea and Osmania biscuits.”

“One thing that I'm very proud of is starting the 'respectful maternity care' initiative, where both doctors and midwives are tasked with treating women with dignity, respecting her privacy at every stage of pregnancy, and acquiring a woman’s informed consent before anyone touches her," says IAS officer, detailing the campaign which single-handedly brought down the overall maternal mortality rate of the entire country.
