A resident of Thumbur village in Thrissur district of Kerala, Tom Kiron Davis quit his job in Dubai to change the perception towards farming. He now helps several farmers earn in lakhs annually.
The agricultural department is now spreading awareness among the farming community to ensure that they make use of the soil for irrigation. It is also a great time to start organic farming.
