While a majority of companies contribute towards the EPF, several other companies have established their own private PF trusts.

The decision was motioned in a meeting lead by Central Provident Fund Commissioner on January 17, 2018.

This is one among the many initiatives pushed by Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) inching towards an employee-friendly sphere.
