Bengaluru-based engineers Gagandeep Reehal and Gursimran Kalra were in college when they came up with the idea of an autonomous car. Today, they’re the founders of Minus Zero, an AI mobility company, which has built zPod, a driverless car.

Experts suggest that driverless cars will be commercially available in less than a decade. If the IIT has its way, India will boast its own brand of these futuristic automobiles.
