As the list of exposed police personnel goes viral, the IPS officer has asked citizens not to give 'mamools' (bribes) to any cop and has shared a helpline to lodge complaints, in case anyone demands the same.

Kuladhar was among five senior IPS officers who were in contention for the DGP’s post after Mr Sahay’s retirement on April 30.

The initiative is called Food for Freedom, and is enabling prison inmates with skills to earn a livelihood, while also satisfying the public!
