In a landmark move, the Election Commission India has decided to introduce Electoral Literacy in schools and colleges. It hopes that this move will increase awareness amongst young people and encourage them to vote.

Delhi University has decided to increase its intake of students in the next academic session. This is the first time in eight years that DU has taken such step.
