What started with four people today has a strong team of 10 members. Mikul says, “Everything fell into place; it was almost like this is how it was all meant to be.”
The response has been overwhelming with mothers showing their support with placards from various significant locations such as the Mysore Palace in India, Burj Kalifa in Dubai, New York Downtown in US, Norway Airport and more from across all continents.

Once at midnight, a patient came with a serious heart attack. I had no proper equipment. There no hospital nearby and critical care was 150km away. I was scared because I knew that if he died, I would be thrown out. But then, if he was treated he had 90% chance to live, and if not, 100% chance of death. I chose the former!"
In private hospitals, such procedures would cost Rs 1.5-3 lakh. Dr Uday Rana is not only performing them with his own funds, but he has also purchased equipment to reduce the blood loss and pain!
"I was pregnant with my daughter, when my son was diagnosed with ADHD. For the next four years or so, no doctor even mentioned the possibility of Autism, so when I heard this, it shattered me. I remember crying uncontrollably for the next few days, but I was not ready to let that fail me. Instead, I was stubborn and changed my problems into my strength! And my daughter, Prerna was instrumental in this," she shares.
