The decision was announced at an event titled, "Indian Transport Sector: Marching towards sustainable mobility" at Conference of Parties (COP-23), Indian Pavilion at Bonn, Germany on Tuesday.

On November 20, Parliament of India will play host to 30 children from across the country for an event commemorating Universal Children’s Day, and Kanaka will be one amongst the selected kids.

A gynaecologist will be entitled to ₹4,000 for every C-section or complicated surgery, ₹1,500 for assisted delivery and ₹400 for every two ultrasound investigations while a paediatrician will be paid an amount of ₹2,000 for attending to a newborn emergency.

Help came to Himanshu and his mother from a group of pilgrims from Kerala who volunteered to sponsor the expense for his education after hearing his story.

As many as 1,300 workers and 300 engineers are part of the dedicated workforce who have been working round-the-clock on the site.

The scheme will not just facilitate free sanitary napkins but storage spaces for napkins and environment-friendly incinerators also at all government & aided schools in the state.
