Loved Vikrant Massey in ‘12th Fail’?

It is inspired by the life story of IPS officer Manoj Kumar Sharma
and his wife IRS officer Shraddha Joshi.

Born in a very poor family in Madhya Pradesh's Morena, Manoj passed with a 3rd division in Class 10.

In the 12th board examinations, he failed in all the subjects except Hindi.

Despite facing failure, he didn't give up on his IAS dreams, and worked doubly hard to complete his graduation.

Manoj worked as a tempo driver in Gwalior to support himself while studying.

He also worked as a dog walker to pay for the books he needed for UPSC preparation.

After saving enough, he moved to Delhi and got a job as a peon at a library.

It was here he was inspired by the works of Abraham Lincoln, Gorky and Muktibodh.

Juggling long hours of work, Manoj poured his blood and sweat
into studies.
