Devastated to see the mangrove forests of Navi Mumbai swamped with waste. Dharmesh Barai decided to make a change, he started cleaning the polluted shores—alone. With plastic, broken glass, and syringes scattered across the land, people doubted him. But Dharmesh didn’t stop.
Today, 90,000 people have joined his cause, removing 700+ tonnes of waste and bringing the mangroves back to life. "This has become a big example of what people can achieve together. Like we care for our homes, we must care for our planet.”
