Gowtham from Chennai has recycled over 65 tonnes of plastic to fund the education of sanitation workers' children and others in need. What began as a solo mission has now expanded to Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and internationally, impacting 30+ kids.
“People ask why I do the job of a ragpicker when there are civic bodies for it. I want to break the stereotype and help change mindsets, making this planet more liveable,” says Gowtham.
