Nine years of unwavering service, countless lives saved, and never a word of complaint—Prithvi stood side-by-side with the Kodagu police force.

He would be the first to charge into danger and the last to rest after a long day, always ready to sniff out explosives and crack the toughest cases.

But last week, the heart of this brave hero gave out unexpectedly. Prithvi was laid to rest with the full honours reserved for only the greatest of 2champions.

His loss will be felt deeply, not just by the police force, but by anyone who believes that animals are family.
