Vinesh Phogat, comes from a family of practicing wrestlers. Like many other young girls, she too bore the brunt of a patriarchal society. Vinesh chose to follow her passion however, and powered through all the naysaying, making her way to the 2016 Olympics. Her story is proof that dreams are worth fighting for.
