VIDEO: In Mumbai, No Helmet Will Soon Mean No Petrol for Motorcyclists

The Mumbai Traffic Police is all set to launch the 'No Helmet, No Petrol' initiative. From August 1, all two-wheeler drivers will be asked to produce their helmets at fuel stations. As the name suggests, no helmet would mean no petrol too.
