Tanmay, who started programming at the age of five, addressed about 10,000 coders and discussed his algorithm called ‘AskTanmay’, which is described as "the world's first web-based NLQA system, built using IBM Watson's cognitive capabilities,” as reported by NDTV.
The eight-step algorithm can apparently solve queries related to a 'PERSON,' 'ORGANIZATION,' 'LOCATION,' or 'DATE' answer type.
Tanmay's name started trending on social media soon after his talk. The Twitterati were full of praise for this young and talented developer.
Tanmay is currently working on a book and would like nothing more than to have it signed by Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan.
