Meet the real-life Swades couple, Vijaya and Venkat Iyer, who left their comfortable lives abroad to give back to their homeland. They turned excess food from Bangalore’s software companies into meals for thousands in Rajendra Nagar.

From adopting 15 newborn girls to empowering over 600 women with micro-loans, their work has transformed lives. They’ve set up Rs 10 clinics and helped kids stay in school with scholarships.
