Mumbai Airport’s ‘Pawfect’ initiative — relaunched by Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (CSMIA) — originally debuted in 2019 to enhance the passenger experience.

This heartwarming programme features therapy dogs stationed at Terminal 2, giving travellers a chance to relax and interact.

With nine specially trained therapy dogs, the initiative aims to offer comfort and create a more welcoming environment for all.
