1. Changthang Wildlife Sanctuary, Ladakh Located in eastern Ladakh, Changthang is a remote high-altitude sanctuary stretching across 4,000 km square near the Indo-Tibetan border.

You can spot snow leopards, wild yaks, and Tibetan antelopes. It has a surreal and rugged landscape unlike anywhere else in India.
